These are the best brownies ever. If you are a chocoholic than this recipe is for you. My brother loves Nutella and we always have plenty of it in our house so I thought this would be a fun recipe to try. It’s rich, gooey, and melts in your mouth. Grab a glass of milk and dig into these brownies. This recipe is from houseofnasheats.com. Let’s get baking!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup melted salted butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temp.)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella divided
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2/3 cups all purpose flour
- 2/3 cups chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and line an 8″x8″ square pan with a parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined. Now add the eggs, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until just combined.
- Whisk in 1 cup of the Nutella until combined.
- Pour the flour, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips, over the batter, then stir just until combined.
- Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan. Don’t forget about those corners!
- Drop spoonfuls of the reserved 1/2 cup of Nutella over the top of the batter. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the Nutella into the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, just until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let the brownies cool and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
Thanks for baking with me!
