Chocolate Keto Mug/Jar Cake

This keto cake lets you eat all the chocolate cake you want without all of the carbs. This cake actually tastes good unlike most recipe. It is moist and has a great chocolate flavor. This recipe is from lowcarbmaven.com. Let’s get baking!

INGREDINTS:

( Serving Size: 1)

  • 2 tablespoon Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon low carb sugar (Swerve or Lakanto)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise (use sour cream in a pinch)
  • 1 large Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Measure the dry ingredients into a mug or jelly jar and mix completely with a fork.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, egg yolk, and water, stirring completely making sure to get it all from the bottom. Let batter sit 1-2 minutes.  
  3. Microwave for 50 seconds, depending on your microwave, until fully baked. 3 Net Carbs. Dust with powdered sugar and top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired. enjoy!
