These delicious brownies are gooey and rich. Just add a glass and milk and nothing is better. This recipe from joyfoodsunshine.com is easy and so good. Let’s get baking!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Grease a square baking dish
- Mix the flour, salt, cocoa powder in a small bowl and set aside
- Melt chocolate and butter together in bowl. You can melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or on the stove until smooth and glossy.
- Beat eggs for 1 minute until thick and pale.
- Add the sugar and continue to beat for another minute. Sugar should be dissolved.
- Add the melted mixture and vanilla and stir. Add the dry ingredients until fully incorporated. Make sure there are no lumps and the batter is smooth.
- Fold in some extra chocolate chips if you would like. (And who wouldn’t like?)
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let the top set.
- Cool, cut, and enjoy!
