The Best Peanut Butter Energy Bites

These are so delicious and have become my new favorite treat. They are super easy to make, healthy, and only 5 ingredients. This addictive recipe is from chefsavvy.com. Let’s get baking!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate chips)
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll.
  3. You can use a cookie scoop and roll into balls. keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
