What’s better than whipped cream? This whipped cream is so  fluffy and easy to whip up. It can basically go on whatever ! Dutch baby pancakes, Black Forest cake, pavlova, chocolate mousse, cupcakes, you name it! Let’s get baking!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. First take your mixing bowl and attachment and put it in the fridge to make sure it’s nice and cold. You will want to refrigerate it for at least 20 minutes for the best result.
  2. Now add all your ingredients to your chilled bowl  and mix with the whisk attachment. Keep increasing the speed. This step should take at least 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Next, you want to watch for the texture. The texture should look light and fluffy, not runny.
  4. Store in an airtight tub and refrigerate or use right away.

Thanks for baking with me!

Nice work, but you forgot the step where you test the sweetness of the whipped cream and then devour the entire bowl in a few minutes! 🙂
