Marshmallow Disappears

Sugary, buttery, doughy, and gooey, these little marshmallow disappears are definitely a family favorite and have been made since I was really little. Its kinda funny, when my dad was in high school he took Home Ec. and learned how to make these. You don’t need talent to make these. Its super easy and fast. Let’s get baking!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package of regular biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup of store bought cinnamon and sugar mixture (or 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • however many biscuits your package makes (like for me it was 8) that about of marshmallow (8 marshmallows)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to what the package of biscuit dough suggests. Spray a baking sheet with baking spray.
  2. Open package and flatten dough. Place a marshmallow in the middle and wrap it up, pinching the dough a the top like a dumpling.
  3. Using tongs, dip the dough covered marshmallow in the butter and then the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  4. Place on the prepared baking sheet. You want to make sure to place the top (where you pinched) facing down on the baking sheet so it doesn’t explode!
  5. Once baked, your all ready to serve. The ball will be hollow, with the marshmallow melted into the dough (that’s  how it got its name. The marshmallow disappears.) BTW they are the best when warm 🙂 Enjoy!

Thanks for baking with me!
