This super easy mousse  from mybakingaddiction.com is so creamy and light! I love to top this with lots of berries. This dessert is also great for the forth of July! Let’s get baking!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the whipping cream at high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a small pot or in the microwave at half-power.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the white chocolate, vanilla extract and salt on medium speed until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream. Do not over-mix!
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 hours for a firmer version.
  7. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 2 days. Enjoy!

Thanks for baking with me!
